Chocolate Chip Cookies

Made without dairy so you can enjoy them a little bit more 😉










Ingredients first!

  • White Sugar 1/3 cup

  • Brown Sugar 1/3 cup

  • Coconut Oil 1/3 cup

  • Plant Based Milk 1/4 cup

  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp

  • All Purpose Flour 1 1/3 cup

  • Baking Soda 1/2 tsp

  • Baking Powder 1/2 tsp

  • 2 PINCHES OF SEA SALT

  • Chocolate Chips 1 cup (plant-based or not, you decide)


This is a quick and simple recipe. No fluff, just straight to it.


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

In a bowl, mix the sugars and coconut oil together

Add the milk and vanilla and mix well

Next, add all dry ingredients in the bowl and mix all ingredients together

Fold in the chocolate chips


I used a small ice cream scooper to scoop the dough into balls onto a parchment paper aligned baking sheet. ***


Bake for about 10 - 12 mins. ****


Let them cool.


Then enjoy!!





****Depending on your oven and how you like your cookies, 10 mins baking time would result in softer cookies than baking them at 15 mins.


*** You may also want to press down on your rolled dough ball for a flatter cookie or your cookie will have a little puff to it. I like mine either way.
